Great pasta machine
I really like this pasta roller. Usually make pasta by hand but this saves me a bit of time. Easy to work i will say don't go all gungho on cranking it as it will slide off nice n steady and it works perfect. Made Ramen noodles yummy so much better then the ones in lil pouches. I recommend this there is a learning curve but then everything does!! Sturdy made, easy to clean, just sprinkle little four b4 you roll and it won't get sticky. Its able to roll out different thickness of dough for how you want your noodles. Great pasta maker

Crappy clamp but works well otherwise
The quality is great for the price. I've used it quite a few times since it arrived with no problems. It rolls pasta dough smooth and cuts well. The only issue I have is with the counter clamp. It sucks. It doesn't fit for thicker counters and the design makes the machine wobble. I've had to McGyver one of my husband's tool clamps just to get it to stay. If it had a better clamp I'd rate it 6 stars.

Very impressed!
Product works excellent. Exactly like the one I used in Italy when I took a cooking class. Super easy to assemble and wipe down. Very smooth crank. Everything works as described! Amazing product at a great price.

Great for beginners
I’m very new to pasta making but this thing sure does help. Didn’t have to keep rolling it makes perfect thin pasta dough.

Quality is lacking
The rolling out of the dough to the desired thickness works as expected but, when you attempt to cut the dough into pasta there are only 2 options and neither work very well. If you choose the linguine cut then every other noodle gets cut and you have to manually separate the rest of the noodles. If you choose the spaghetti cut the all you get is a glob of dough. I’m probably being generous with the 3 stars.
