⚠You Should Know It Before Purchase⚠
The media could not be loaded. First of all, don’t believe on any schematic from Internet.And a Seller should provide proper datasheet or information about their product (one star less for this reason). Otherwise Display works Fine and has good short circuit protection.In the product image it is a SPI capable display but the actual product doesn’t have SPI.It is a Parallel display (i.e. All D0 to D7 pins needed to be connected) with “KS0108” display driver.By the driver name one could found a schematic on the Internet where the VEE pin connected to VDD through a 10K Potentiometer and wiper pin to V0. And this connection may fry your display.Maximum current consumption of this display is 200mA @ 5V, going above this might have serious problem.I attached a schematic here and this configuration is works fine.If anyone wants to use it with arduino, then search for “U8G2” Library with Display Driver name on the Internet.

Bad product quality
Bad packing quality and produt is also not new from merchant. Damaged body and no protection film on display. I am in need and under time limit so I am keeping it otherwise I would return it immediately. Amazon please insure the product quality from suppliers.

excellent working glcd module.
I like this product because its working excellent which i got and it has blue back light(white back light blue filter) which are comfortable for eye. The digit which are visible is white. its operating voltage is 5 volt , also interrupt voltage is also 5 volt. it work fine with any micro-controller. just remember do not operate above 5 voltage,pulsating voltage(high noise dc voltage) other wise it will damage. Use only linear(regulated) voltage. Minimum voltage is (3.6-4) and stranded voltage is 5 volt, maximum voltage is 5.6-5.9 volt. just follow what I written, this will work fine and flow long.
