Mini Amp Translucent Blue

Before I bought this I read many reviews. Everyone seemed to like it and I do too. I have a microphone that works well with it and I use it to practice playing harmonica. It makes my playing a lot more fun. It is perfect for what I wanted.

I was surprised at how compact it is. I is loud for a little speaker. The plastic casing seems durable. I was going to get the cigarette box version but i figured a plastic case version might be more durable. It sounds pretty good but if the volume is to high it gets a little messy. If you are a humbucker user you might not want to turn your volume up more than halfway. Single coils sound better on this amp. It also sounds better if you plug it into a 4x12 or a 1x12 cab. The 1x12 makes it obviously louder and sounds great but plugged into a 4x12 it sounds really good good cleans on low volume and turned up all they way it sounds somewhere between a bassman and a vintage marshall. One word of advice I would suggest playing on a bridge pickup on both single and HB guitars that is were it gets really focused and sound really good. 4 stars because it obviously has limitations but it is very simple and effective. It is a portable amp, a head and can even be used to over drive an amp which it does but this is one use i think that isn't suitable as it has no knobs for adjusting. I think it is a good buy just to sit and play

AS UTILIZED BY THE STONES AND THAT LITTLE OLD BAND FROM TEXAS. I'VE SEEN IT PUSH A 4 X 12 CABINET. YOU CAN USE IT AS AN EFFECT, GUITAR INTO SMOKEY INTO AMP. YOU BUSK WITH IT. IT CRAWLS ON ITS BELLY LIE A REPTILE.A GREAT GIFT. WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR, IT WON'T GIVE YOU CANCER. PROBABLY.

The volume and clarity, are great exactly what i was looking for in an amp. the battery died quick with the one they sent, so im going to try a new one and see how long it lasts
