Great book!
Short read with pretty much all common sense stuff that every business owner should know. This is one of those books where the content of the book really matches the title of the book!

Great book for building a business around your employees
Great book of leadership. This book goes against the norms of most organizations, by truly putting employees as the center of a successful company as opposed to an after thought. Applying this philosophy allowed them to create a dynamic organization with minimal overhead (by not having layers of management through empowered employees.

Solid
It is a quick read. Mr Iverson says at one point the book is short and that is emblematic of how we keep things simple. Nice inside look at how a one of the “Good to Great” companies did it.

Great read and very inspirational
I work in the steel industry myself and I was very enlightened reading about Nucor’s history and philosophy. It really opens your mind to see such a peculiar case that should be the standard of how companies should work. Totally recommended.

Inspiring and enlightening
I love this book and tell many people about it. I even quote it in my own writing. Ken Iverson's approach to guiding organizations is the wave of the future--empowering the workforce to manage, improve, and innovate their processes and products and rewarding them for their team efforts.Anyone who has been ground down by the drudgery and politics of top-down hierarchies will enjoy and appreciate this short, easy-to-read guide to letting go and becoming a truly successful leader in the workplace.
