Ordered deal for Christmas for my son and was very surprised. Packaged very well and was received a day early with standard shipping. All products was in the box and real simple to get started. Haven't had to purchase anything extra and there was a minor setup issue with Windows 10 but nothing major. On top of that, there is plenty of instructions and customer service help. Great job JSM!! Will be purchasing more products.

When you buy this and send it to you second computer and very slow

Every time you try to do anything on the computer it reboots. It never stays on. You can not reset the computer either. I reached out to the company and they offered windows 10 disk. That won’t fix the issue. I have to take the computer to a repair shop. This computer is costing way more then a brand new one.

Its a good start up computer for the price.the mouse came damaged cuz it was put in the bottom of the package.Nothin a lil tape didnt fix but i planned on replacing it and the keyboard anyway. Easy to set up didnt come with speakers so its hooked to my tv until i get some. Also was supposed to be 1tb and is only 280gb

This computer is old and out of date I bought this computer last year just open the box yesterday to my surprise the computer was packed very nicely. Once I got the computer out of the box I discovered that the monitor was small and bulky to make a long story short the computer didn’t look anything like the pictures. The port where you plug in the cords has a shortage so I had to play with it to get the computer to come on, the software is out of date. The CD player didn’t recognize that I had a cd in it so what I paid for was a piece of junk so now I have to go out and purchase a new computer something that I should have done in the first place

This computer is surprisingly fast and accurate! I'm buying another for my kids school work. I highly recommend!

This was a great buy. Very easy to set-up and connect to Wi-Fi. Came with word processing and spreadsheet programs already installed. I had a problem with the "j" key on the keyboard not working but the seller sent me a replacement keyboard immediately. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Value for your money

The first pc and monitor they sent didn't work, they sent a replacement and still didnt work, after purchasing two new power cords it fixed the issue, they included a shipping slip to return first delivery, need better cords but pc itself works great.

Beware, was sent the wrong product ,did not switch it on at first cos it was not what i wanted ,finally switched it on and the monitor is not working,sending it back,to think i waited for this long for a wrong product and not working.
