I have no problem with this seller. But this hat was made differently than the older Otto hats I ordered in the past. I love the fit of the old ones and they fit me perfectly. But this hat had more material on the top and the rise was taller. So it stuck up too far and did not look good as the top looked uneven due to the extra material. Not a good fit. Sorry to see as I really liked the others.

I own several of these hats. They are comfortable and come in a wide variety of colors. They also have a wide range of adjustability. Many “one size fits all” hats do not fit me well. These always do
