Stylish jacket,
39 inch chest fits good with a hoodie on. Ordered medium size 76kg. It's a light jacket for autumn/spring dry weather. Good quality zips, main polyester material doesn't look like it would hold up to beating for boat/workwear. More for sippin martinis by the bay.

Hello Hanson jacket
Lovely, stylish jacket. Unfortunately mine was too small and was returned. I have since bought another HH jacket but would consider this version for the colder months.

What you expected from H H
Wanted a warm jacket but not too heavy to wear under my gortex rain jacket for walking dog in the in the Scottish Highlands winter just perfect nice and warm really stylish jacket too fits like a glove nice long arms for my lanky frame bought a large true to size 👍

Warm and wind proof. Not waterproof
Great for cooler days, keeps the wind out. Not good at keeping the water off so poor performance in even light rain. Pockets are decent. I like that it zips up around the neck. Light weight. Fits true to size. Would not buy again though due to poor wet weather performance

Great athletic fit - excellent look
Starting with insulation - warm jacket and easy to slide on over layers. The athletic cut is consistent with other Helly Hansen shirts and jackets with a slimmer torso and broad shoulders. This was great for me, because of shoulders, though the sleeves are ever so slightly too long (but fit great with bent arms, so there are trade offs). Zippers are great and reliable, not prone to eat the nearby fabric like the North Face jacket this is replacing.
