These are just the round fenders as shown and mine did not come with any mounting brackets or anything like that. Our little utility trailer came with these originally and they were just welded on. We lived near the coast and they rusted out in the salt air so I plan to just get the new ones welded on and then repaint the trailer. These came unpainted so they will need some protective coating. Hope this helps!

Q: I have a 1993 shore land trailer for a 19" sea ray. Will this fit?

I believe they will fit fine.. I put them on a home built with 15" tires and cut 4" off them for appearance and fit. They are strong enough to stand on if you mount them correctly..

Q: it has a 90 edge on one side what is on the other side ??

Rounded on outside surface & flat 90 edge on inside where it gets mounted on trailer

No, the fenders have no coating. Just plain steel.
