Proper usage instructions....
It worked for me on red ants! I saw many reviews complaining that the bait did not work and no ants showed up. I've used the Terro bait in the past and faced the same problem in the beginning. From experience I've learned that you basically need to shove the liquid up the ants noses for them to realise it's there or they'll never find it (dumb little buggers!). Don't just apply the bait in a random corner and expect the ants to come running to it. 1. You need to apply it where the ants are actually active. Right next to a trail or a nest. Literally, one ant is sufficient. They then communicate to the other ants via their pheromones. The rest of the ants will then automatically show up. But you need to apply the bait very very close to them. 2. If you cannot find any at the moment or you don't know where the nest is, lure them out with a tiny bit of food in a spot that's familiar to them. It could be a small piece of snack or a drop of milk or some rice. Apply the liquid bait right next to the food. Hopefully they will come for the food and find the bait that way. Once a few ants have found it, remove the food so they're fully focused on the bait with no distractions. 3. After they've found it, leave them alone! Depending on the size of the colony it takes time for them all to get infected with the poison. It could be overnight or a few days. You will see the progress when fewer and fewer ants show up. Even their pace slows down as though they're exhausted. Avoid interfering with them when they're doing their thing and avoid cleaning around their trail. This is because they leave a line of pheromones for the other ants to follow and if you disrupt it or wipe the surface they'll have to start over or build a new path. It's not a big deal but it slows down progress so you may need to wait longer for the whole thing to be over. 3. Repeat in different parts of the house coz like I said the ants need a lot of help finding the bait in the first place. Cons: I'm not happy with the applicator. The liquid was runnier than I expected and a single drop is sufficient to feed a lot of ants. But the syringe style applicator makes it hard to control the flow of the liquid so I ended up using more than needed. I would have preferred a more convenient style of applicator like a dropper bottle or a tube. Another advice to the seller is to include clear instructions for the user to be successful with the product. First time users rarely know the nature of ants and how to use the bait effectively. All you get in the end are dissatisfied customers and 1 star reviews. Overall I'm happy with the product, it worked as intended for me. It's still a work in progress for the next few weeks to completely eradicate the infestation but at least I have a good solution to get there!

Effective Indoors, Limited Outdoors
Effectiveness Indoors: I applied the product at various locations inside my house, and it worked impressively well. Within a short time, the ant activity completely stopped. The gel bait appears to be highly effective in eliminating the entire colony when placed correctly indoors. Effectiveness Outdoors: I also applied the gel outside the house. Initially, it worked—the ants disappeared for a few days. However, they returned later, likely from a new colony. I reapplied the product, but noticed that only a few ants were attracted to the bait. Despite multiple attempts, the outdoor infestation persisted. This suggests that there may be multiple ant colonies in the vicinity, which are harder to control with a single application. Environmental Considerations: If your house is located in an open field or isolated area, the product may not be as effective due to the presence of numerous ant colonies nearby. In contrast, homes situated in residential clusters tend to have fewer colonies, making the product more effective in such environments. Pro Tip: Even if you don’t see ants, don’t skip preventive measures. Apply a protective barrier (like Lakshmana Rekha or similar repellents) around entry points or around shelves in the kitchen. Ants often return unexpectedly when you're least prepared! Cost Consideration: The product is quite expensive for its size. A single 30g syringe costs around ₹750, which may feel steep considering the quantity and the need for repeated applications in outdoor settings. Summary: Pros: Highly effective indoors, easy to apply, targets entire colonies. Cons: Limited outdoor effectiveness, expensive, may require multiple applications.

Useless Maxforce Product
I purchased it on Feb 10, 2026. The product is in syrup form and does not stay even for a day. For a day or two you find the ants missing then again show up. In fact Laxman Rekhaa Chalk gives much better protection then this syrup which is much cheaper. Earlier I had used Maxforce Forte for Cockroaches which worked for one year after application, thinking this product will have similar behavior for Ants but I wasted my money. I wanted to give 0 star but it is not possible for submitting review hence 1 star.

Price is high
Product is good and very effective but price is high and according to the price, the liquid in the tube is less, so I think it’s very expensive, but who can afford it for them, It’s very effective. It’s very easy to use.

Effective, But Not Foolproof.
The Maxforce Quantum 30gm Ant Killer gel bait often kills ants fast and cuts colonies, but performance varies—some ants ignore it, and drying or species differences reduce effectiveness.
