This seems like a quality product and works well at keeping my lower gut in a pretty happy state. I take lower than the recommended dosage, so I don’t know if I’m experiencing a great placebo effect but only taking one or two capsules a day has been a game changer for me. After researching ratings versus cost, I felt like this was the best value for the count size. Even if I am taking a very small dosage, it seems I am getting the nutrients that my body was slightly missing. A middle aged friend suggested fiber helped him, so I tried it and I’d recommend the same for others who are looking for better bathroom experiences. Of course, always best to talk to a doctor, first.

These fiber capsules are great, since most Americans don't consume enough fiber. Getting these on Amazon saves me an hour of driving to Costco. Wonderful for your digestive system and bowels, lol.

This product has definitely helped with better digestion , however I do find the tablets a little difficult or hard to go down sometimes . But honestly I don’t mind the slight discomfort for better digestion but if that’s something you do mind it may be better to opt for fiber gummies or a powder you can mix into a drink .
