I love the whitening pens and I have used the product before. Works great and differences can be seen with the color of my teeth within a week. I have sensitive teeth and this product does not irritate them. I would definitely recommend the company and this product.

I love this product. I have been using it for a couple of years.

I have tried a variety of teeth whitening things in the past couple years. I have done the custom trays done by my dentist where you leave the stuff on for 45 minutes. It did not do much good and really irritated my gums. Next I tried the whitening swabs. They did not work at all for me. Whitening strips made a slight improvement in my teeth but not enough to suit me. This Smile whitening is EASY ( 5 minutes is all you actually need), it REALLY WORKED for me. AND bonus....my teeth stay white longer between applications. I am a customer for life.

Love this teeth whitening gel works very well and does not make your teeth sensitive at all like alot of others do and makes a big difference in a small amount of time

I wish I had taken a before picture, but I was too eager (and very tired) when my package got delivered. My teeth have always been slightly yellow (mostly due to genetics and my love of coffee/tea.)I have tried every whitening strip on the market, every toothpaste, every mouthwash, every whitening gel (with led light) and nothing has been effective for me.I am on day 5 of using the Smile direct whitening (I don’t use their orthotic service) and my teeth are significantly whiter and brighter! I am just now opening a second tube of gel, so even with a VERY liberal application, the tubes last for a full four days.Other gels have caused me serious hun pain, sensitivity, bleeding, and have even caused my gums to turn white and slough off. The gel that came in this kit is gentle and has caused no irritation.I can’t wait to see where I get after all four tubes have been used! Highly, highly recommend this product.

(5 stars for the luscious lip balm!)Update: I am not sure this whitens as well as the better more 'luxe' Crest Whitestrips - I do have some whitening but it doesn't seem as intense as the Crest WS. With Crest, I see really noticeable results but with these I see initial results but my teeth still seem somewhat dull. Maybe these refills I purchased were old. I just purchased my old stand-by Crest Whitestrips so that tells me I am not completely happy with these refills.---------(Note this review is for the gel pens only. You have to purchase the LED thing separately.)I have used Crest Whitestrips for years, about 2 times a year, and have had great results. In comparison with this SmileDirect Club whitening system, using the LED light with it, Crest may have a slight edge in more faster noticeable results in that you can see Crest Whitestrips whitening sooner than with SmileDirect.SmileDirect, however, is the cheaper whitening system once you have the LED light thing and only need these refills.SmileDirect is quicker to use, in theory: 2x a day for 5 minutes and then after you spit out the foamy residue, you wait another 20 minutes before you can rinse your mouth (but there's not a bad taste or anything at all while you wait), for 7-8 days. This is using the LED light. On its own the solution it won't be as effective.Crest is 30 minutes of having the strips on your teeth, 2x a day, for 12-14 days. So, even if Crest whitens faster after one or two uses, you have to use it much longer -- but I like that the whitening is more intense.I also have had no gum or tooth irritation or sensitivity with SmileDirect; something I can't always say about Crest Whitestrips as the strips sometimes do make my teeth sensitive--perhaps it is stronger, or simply because the solution is on my teeth for longer.Note that I already have white teeth to begin with that need occasional brightening. I use this for coffee stains, mostly, as well as for berries, and the very occasional glass of red wine that might stain my teeth.The big standout is the lip balm--I love this stuff! I bought that separately!

This is a nice system that I have been using for four years every 6 months. I am still using the original UV mouth tray and just buy the pistules every year or so.
