I ordered 4 watches but one of them is not working . the second arm of the watch is not working . Disappointed as i ordered them as as gift item

Faulty no where to send it back to after window ended
Started to lose time , strap enormous no way of shortening it ( changed strap) after return’s window ended no where to send it back to. Wast of money .
