I bought this to cover my webcam instead of using electrical tape to cover it as I still need to use the camera occasionally. It's really easy to put it but touching it will cause it to move/shift in position. That is easily corrected by moving it back over the camera. Overall, it works as it is advertised, especially for the price. If it looses it stickness, I can put a new one on.If you don't ever plan on using your camera, then I would say you would not need to buy this. However, if you need to use the camera occasionally, I would buy one.Also the black one looks better than the white.

These are very expensive for being such a dlimsy little peice of plastic. Thankfully thats all you really need for this gadget.I am very happy i bought them. An app on my phone recently has stated it is accessing my camera. Idk what that means exactly but i wanted to rule out anyone watching me. I used two for my phone (front and back) however because of the style of my daughters phone i could only place one on the front because the camera glass is raised. Make sure it will work for your phone or it will be worthless. I told my daughter to make sure she always faces her phone down with the rear facing camera down, not up, and always leave her swlfie camera shut unless she is taking pictures. All for her personal safety.Also, depending on your phone case, you may not be able to use it either. The webcam cover almost didnt fit in the slot my phone case has for my camera.Also, make sure to install "open" with your camera on. You want to make sure you arent blocking anything in the open position.

Great other than makes laptop pop up just a little bit. Doesn’t bother me but others it might.

These work perfectly and look so much nicer than the piece of tape I had over my camera. Not sure if it is just "paranoid" to cover my laptop lens when not in use... but .... just in case. They are "self stick" and they stay on once placed. Then just slide the cover over. Uncover if you ever use your camera - hmm. I just don't. Comes with a selection of white and black.. after consideration... I think I like the white best because it is so easy to see... but if you're into NOT seeing it.. the black works on the dark frame edge of most laptops or other dark edged devices. I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful... and I hope my review was helpful to you in some way!

Bought this due to all my classes going online. That said I had the intention of using this to easily slide the cover whenever not using the webcam. When I first applying it, it did stick onto my laptop but it kept on sliding. It arrived on the 6th of April and it still slides. Then the little cover stopped sliding. So it was a waste of a cover.

Great for the laptop and the iPad... Too small for the desktop. I finally could remove the Post it I was using for covering the camera

They served thier purpose for about 2 days. I understand that these are inexpensive, but I was hoping they would last just a tad bit longer. ( Yes, I followed the directions) Unfortunately, these are a no for me.
