Spectrum Math Workbook, Grade 6

It’s a very good book for math practice skills. It helped to improve my son’s math skill.

The book was delivered after almost 15 days of placing order. The book is good with worksheets for additional practice, but little bit too expensive. Too much cost to put for similar kind of exercises in the worksheets provided. Some worksheets are too simple and repeatative also.

Nice practice problems to study math

My son is 9yr (3rd grade). Spectrum is the best math workbook I found so far. Upto Spectrum 5th grade, each book has somewhat too much of repeating practice questions (+=/*). Starting 6th grade spectrum, the repeating questions got reduced, so it's even better. Spectrum math workbooks don't have much of explanations, but rather have lots of real practice questions. I don't think math unto 5th grade or 6th grade does not require much of teaching anyway. Kids just need to practice a lot. Spectrum match workbooks are at the easier level for each grade level. I tried to do pre-algebra (labeled for 3-5th grade level), then found that it was too difficult for my son, so I started this 6th grade Spectrum math, which my son can follow well. For each topic, I have to give him a short lesson. Not all parents might be capable to doing so. Then, you can find short lessons for each topic in youtub kahn academic. It's helpful to move forward. In summary, whenever my son moves up to the next math level, Spectrum Math is the one I use first. This provides very basic with good practice questions.

It has arrived 2 days later . 7 pages is USED by someone else . It is bended . Unbelievable . I am shocked . My child couldn’t benefit from the book .

This series of books are amazing I've bought them from 1st grade through 6th grade so far. My 3 children are doing amazing in math at school because of these books. It comes with explanations, excellent exercises from easy to challenging, and they also have the answers sheet at the back of the book. you can't go wrong with this. I highly recommend it 👌🏻. The shipping it is super fast and I love this because I'm impatient.
