Ad said sleeve for 69 cents as a (add-on) but 1 roll was shipped. About 69 cents worth.

Complete Rip-off!!!
As other people have noted, the product received is not what is advertised. The description for this product clearly states it to be 1 sleeve of 10 rolls which is false advertising. What they shipped is a single roll of tape. Hopefully the powers that be at Amazon will take notice of this and fix it.
