This is how I received the effervescent pills. I'm so disappointed! I had heard such good things about this product so I bought 2 of them and the packaging is horrible. These are effervescent pills! How can you not seal them!? And this product is non-refundable, non-returnable.. The least the seller can do is provide replacement for their mistake! I don't recommend buying this product from this particular seller.

I bought it because I lost a lot of hair after some medications , and I think it reduced some of the breakage ... but what it really helped me with, perhaps from the selenium, is my anxiety ... I have a quarter or half of it when I feel my anxiety get stronger ...
