This is a good essential oil for diffuser, I have not used it in any other way so may not able to comment on that.I use this in my electric diffuser and the fragrance is calming and does help you in relaxing but not sure if this has helped me in sleeping any better.

Satthwa Good Night Essential Oil Blend - gorgeous flavour and absolutelly efficient. My sleep is deep and peaceful. I do avoid using it every night.
