Directions

1. Start with clean and dry hands.
2. Hold callus files in the sandbar like a pull-up bar or barbell.
3. Twist the sand bar 5 times in one direction and 5 times in the opposite direction.
4. Open your hands and file this too thick octopus back and forth.
5. Spend only seconds on each area - the goal is to maintain and not to be completely removed.
6. After filing, apply a small amount of sandbar ointment included to nourish and moisturize the skin.
7. For best results, keep callus in top condition every day or as needed.
8. Occasionally clean the file with the included silicone scrubber (dry or soap and water) to remove deposits
