I just received the product. Will update after I have used it for at least a week. But very impressed with the prompt delivery. It looks and feels very like Herbalife Active fibre complex. But costs much less.Edited on Oct 6: Have been using it for over a month now. It is all that the manufacturers claim. I feel much lighter. It has also helped me stay regular. Thumbs up.Like promised, here's my update. I have placed repeat orders. It works very well. And much more affordable.

i bought this product to manage my IBS and low gut bacteria issues. sadly this product didn't benefited me at all in controlling basic ibs symptoms such as gas, bloating or even diarrhea. i thought this product will have a positive or long lasting effect on my gut micro-flora but it didn't.To sum it up, this product is just and expensive form of sugar and since both of my containers were faulty, i was unable to properly close their lids which made some of my powder to expire before the 30 day due date. since it didn't worked its purpose i wont recommend to buy it again. the reason why most pathetic people pointlessly give out 5 star reviews is because of the free multivitamin offer. sadly greed is much more important to those 5 star reviewers then other people's health.

FOS is short form for "fructo-oligo-saccharide," a simple sugar indigestible by YOU, but one that will help feed your gut flora (bacteria) and help them multiply. Why would you want to do that? Because keeping the good bacteria in your gut healthier will help in keeping you healthier. In an effort to rebuild my gut flora and make it healthy again, I started taking this Prebiotic powder along with Probiotics. It has a slightly sweet taste and can be added to water, juice, milk, curd, shakes etc. Personally I take it with water on an empty stomach first thing in the morning followed by Probiotics. Adding prebiotics has noticeably improved my digestive health. I am pleased with this product.

Excellent product! Received timely with nice packaging. I have searched this type of prebiotic (which is better than Inulin), but there are very few in the market. This is best & taste is also very good. Go for it without question!

The jar (300gm) came less than half full, the package deal (silver foil under lid) had a small opening. Totally unacceptable, and impossible to return after opening.

I started getting emotional and depressed after taking this for a week, but my IBS reduced and i stopped taking it and i didnt get any depression or anything after that.

After about a month's use, I am writing this review. I surely did not find any improvement in the way my digestive system behaves. Perhaps its low CFU to blame, dont know. Shall try 20000 CFU next.

My husband has been taking probiotics since a year now, and he just ordered 4 more of these due to the positive effects he has observed. Very good quality product with good absorbency and really very effective.
