This is an absolute value for anyone looking to take their mobile photography or videography to the next level. From the moment I unboxed it, I was impressed by the quality of the materials and thoughtful design. Most frustrating product I have ever had to use. I want to chuck it in the trash with each time I try endlessly to get it to pair. Manual vague. No clear direction on how to turn it on. You can get power lights to indicate but that is not powered on for blue tooth. Fiddle randomly with buttons and you might get it to work. Usually foreign garbage instructions do not explain what is the power on and off sequence. Have yet to use it except to test and after 2 frustrating times there is no way in the field your going to use this when you waste time fiddling with it. More likely to enjoy smashing it with a hammer and posting online would get me more joy than this.

I like everything about this Grip…well, everything except the instructions. They appear to be written by Engineers who were too close to the project to do a good job. Sadly, I don't think Marketing would have done any better as they tend to focus on what it can do…not how to use it. They need someone who can explain it to their parents or grandparents. If you returned yours because the zoom didn't work, it's because the instructions don't start off by explaining that you need to download an App for that feature to work; the rest works seamlessly out of the box. If yours stopping working, it's probably because you turned in on wrong (after the initial paring). I had to scroll down to discover this. I wasn't thrilled with having to buy the kit when all I needed was the grip. However, once you figure it all out, it is a well designed tool. It fits the hand well and does what is supposed to. If you are used to having a camera in your hand, the TELESIN Master Grip will feel natural. I would have preferred the shutter on a 45° slope (so I would know by feel that my finger was on the right button), but that's because this is what I'm used to. I also would have preferred an App written specifically for the Master Grip.

I’m using this with an iPhone 17 Pro Max. When it works, I really like the grip itself. It feels good in the hand and has a solid, well-designed feel. That said, my experience started a bit rough. Amazon shipped what appears to be a used Pro Grip. There were fingerprints and smudges on the grip, and all the packaging had already been opened. I decided to overlook that and move forward with setup. After setting it up, I noticed an issue where the phone randomly switches from photo mode to video mode on its own when I’m trying to take pictures. This happens without me pressing anything, which makes it frustrating to use for quick shots. I want to give this product five stars because I really like the concept and the grip when it’s working properly. I’m going to continue using it and may update this review after more time with it, but for now these issues are worth noting.

Great grip and functions but needs more smooth action on zoom lever, takes too much push and can be a bit draggy.

el mango es muy cómodo para grabar contenido, y sentir un poco la firmeza de una Cámara antigua, si te gusta la fotografía es muy recomendable, aunque no te de una ventaja real de funcionalidad, únicamente en el agarre y en que recarga la batería de tu teléfono. la funda del celular no es la más resistente y no encajo bien con el celular, ya que no funcionan los botones, si la compras por la funda desecha la idea, yo tuve que tirarla porque no funciono y la marca no me contesto en su página para alguna garantía, el mango muy bueno pero complicado de ajustar la programación

Para empezar la funda del iPhone pro no encaja bien los botones presionan activado la función de Siri y no deja realizar nada más los botones de volumen no funcionan y la batería se agota de enseguida. Un total desastre.
