Careless packaging and storage.
Books in decent quality but it was evident how old they were stocked. Box-Cover was badly torn. Not what a kid wants to see when they open their gift.Anyway... Kids love the books.

I don’t have have any complaints about the books as they arrived in perfect condition, however their “box” in which they came was literally falling apart. It was torn apart at all of the edges and was pretty much useless at they point. If not for that, this would pretty much be an 5 star.
