Amazing Product
This product works amazing for my mom and will continue to buy for her. She uses this everynight to keep her eyes from drying out.

Good for sleeping with MBD.
I've been using Optase purple drops for awhile, and decided to try the ointment at night time. The ointment makes a BIG difference in eye irritation, for me. I wake up with much less irritation and swelling. Be aware that after you put it in, everything is blurry. Also, I wake up in the morning with the ointment all over my eye area0 it basically melts and leaks out while I sleep. So I have to wash my eyes in the morning before I can put in my contact lenses. But otherwise it's pretty good. I use less than the instructions say and it's helping me.

Works well overnight, less dryness in the morning
I use this at night to help with dry, irritated eyes, and it does a great job locking in moisture while I sleep. The ointment feels soothing and stays on for hours so I wake up with less dryness and discomfort in the morning

Wonderful help for my eyes!
My eye doc told me to try this for some issues I'd been having. It definitely works for me. I've been using it for several months now, and it's expensive, but you only need to use a small amount. Because of the cost, I stopped using it for a few weeks. That was a mistake, and I haven't stopped using it since. It's fairly easy to use. Just put a small amount on your dominant index finger (maybe 1/2 to a full uncooked rice size?). Then, pull your lower eyelid down with a finger on your non-dominant hand, and put the ointment right on the lid. Blink a few times, and your vision should be blurry. It's a little weird at first, but you get used to it. And it's going on right before sleep time anyway, so it's not like you need to see until it's time for breakfast ;-) It may take a several days or possibly longer before you really see and feel the benefits, depending on how bad your eyes are to begin with. I think my first time around it was probably a week or two before I noticed improvement in my condition. This is a great product (albeit a little pricey), but I'm glad to see it being sold at more outlets.

Helps with my severe dry eyes
I've been using this for about a year now. I have very dry eyes and have a prescription for cyclosporine but this helps throughout the night.

Good Stuff
It’s pretty good. I usually use the Retain brand but couldn’t find it in a single pack. This is just as good and less expensive!
