This is the perfect garlic press. The bowl holds at least three large cloves and up to 5 smaller ones and the flat press pushes them all through the mincer with ease...even with my slightly arthritic hands. Flip the handle, and it cleans the mincer easily. It is weighty, but that's a good thing - it's definitely built to last. The padded handles are a plus - so comfortable to use! I had tried another brand, a brand I know well and love, but I had to return it. Marketed with a large bowl to press multiple cloves of garlic, it sounded perfect but it just didn't work due to its design. Both are similarly priced but go with the OXO. You'll be glad you did.

This product is well constructed, easy to use, and does exactly what it’s supposed to do. It’s clear that attention was given to both quality and functionality. It meets its purpose perfectly and fits seamlessly into everyday use. Very satisfied with the purchase!

I bought this to replace a 15 year old Calphalon garlic press. The Calphalon handle broke in half. I like this OXO press. I can put more garlic into the press, it's easier to clean and built better. It may be slightly more difficult to crush the garlic with the OXO, but certainly not bad.

This is an excellent garlic press. We use and press a lot of garlic in our family - almost every meal. This garlic press works very well. It minces the garlic and will continue to press the next clove without cleaning out the previous one. It requires less hand strength than other presses I have used, and so is great for crushing lots of cloves consecutively. The hand grip is rounded to fit nicely in your hand, the rubber on the handles provide a nice grip without being too squishy.It is more expensive than others you can find, but it is totally worth the price. I would highly recommend it.

If I could give this 10 stars, I would. I bought it because it was recommended by ATK. It is designed so well and it is so easy to clean!! The garlic releases so easily! I don’t have a dishwasher and have to wash everything by hand and hated washing every other garlic press I’ve had.There aren’t many things in this world that are absolutely perfect but this garlic press is! I highly recommend!

Very effective and easy to clean garlic press. It has a good weight to it that allows you to easily press garlic. The non slip handles are pleasant to use.

This is a heavy-duty garlic mincer/presser. It is very durable and of good quality. I like the design as it has a built-in cleaner that pushes out the shelves. The compartment is large enough to hold several garlic gloves. The handles are grippy. This presser works great and I know it has good durability. I truly like the design of this garlic mincer.
