Using it since last 4 years
It's been almost 4 years but fan is still performing well and speed is still super fast with great air flow. Best value for money fan.

This is O. K for medium sized halls. Initially capacitor may go off after some time. Then replace it with quality one. After that no problems. Crompton is using low quality capacitors. In all my five fans of Crompton, it happened.! ( Concap & Capcon capacitors used by Crompton, the capacitance value drops after few months. I checked with capacitance meter. Then I replaced them with 'Univesal' & Keltron. Then it becomes OK.! Metal body capacitors always better than plastic body capacitors.!)

Quality not matching with Crompton's Brans image
Immediately after installing, I found a squeaking sound at lower speed levels, but refrained from returning the product since I had spent Rs 350/- for installation. Complained to Crompton customer service. They have visited twice, but the problem still remains, despite my fan getting some hammering from them. Crompton should replace such fans instead of trying to repair them.Added comment after 2 days: Now crompton service has replaced the motor and bearings and solved the problem in their third visit. But they have no system of replacing the product immediately after a complaint is lodged two days after the purchase by a customer. This will improve customer satisfaction. Anyway thanks to Crompton for their efforts to repair.

The fan was looking very nice after fixing it. The air flow was good in the room it was fixed. There were other colors. I took White as it looked stylish with the colors on the wall within the room. The fan has been very energy efficient. It's good. Thank you.
