I can't even say enough good things about this product, but if you are a chronic "mouth breather" like me, you will not even believe what a HUGE, HUGE difference these strips will make in your daily life. I constantly breathed through my mouth, even during the day. I was just so "used" to it, that I didn't even realize how much better my life could be. All because of these wonderful little strips. The reason I was a chronic mouth breather, is because my nose was always stuffed up. I was always sneezing too, and it was, in all likelihood, due to allergies. What I didn't realize is just how negatively all that chronic mouth breathing, was affecting even my very health! I had been feeling all foggy in my head, and used my home oximeter to check my oxygen levels. The levels were consistently a dangerously low 92-93; very, very worrisome for me. Then I remembered that I had a box of these nasal strips and, out of sheer desperation, put one on. Instantly, I could actually breathe. And, I could close my mouth, for the 1st time in forever. Then, I checked my oxygen levels again, and now they are consistently at a good level (98-99). What a turnaround. I am 100% sold on these now. I don't ever want to be without them. They are a total game changer! These strips DO have excellent staying power. I just make sure to wash my nose thoroughly with just regular bar soap. I don't recommend using any type of moisturizing face wash prior to application. Then, I apply the strip, centered over the bridge of my nose. You should not ever touch the adhesive part of the actual strip itself, while applying it. Just grasp each end of the strip, while in place, and peel each side of the paper backing off simultaneously. When the strips are applied properly to a clean nose, they last half a day (12 hours) for me. Then, I put a new one on. Because the strips are clear, I wear mine all day long. I would rather have good oxygen levels going to my brain, then worry about what people might think. The medium size is just right for my nose size. My nose is not large, just average size, or maybe a bit smaller. This is a truly a wonderful product.

I like the shape better than BreatheRight. I use cosmetic Clarifying Lotion to clear my nose of any oil or facial soap residue. If I forget to use the Clarifying Lotion, the strip doesn't stay put very well. I save the strip packaging to repack it the next morning. They never work more than once on my nose. However, if I use the Clarifying Lotion above and below my lips, I can use the "used" strip to keep my mouth closed while I'm sleeping all night. I just pull my lips in snug as though I'm humming and put the strip vertically down through the middle of my mouth. For me, it works good. I can still breath on either side of the strip. But my nasal breathing improved a great deal after I started hindering the mouth breathing and forcing my nose to do it's job. Try it!

Most nights this works well, but once or twice a week it gets loose so it isn't effective. I try to be careful and clean the area the same each night. Still worth the effort and I plan to purchase again. Perhaps I'll get better at applying in time. I certainly feel like I'm getting a better night's sleep!

This product lives up to its advertising. The strips remain adhered all night. Am able to breathe unobstructed. No sign of skin irritation. I have reordered this product multiple times.

These do not stick at all and are a complete waste of money. You are also not allowed to return them. Stay far away from this product!!
