Raspberry Leaf tea... First I want to say that I would not want to be without this tea pre-menstrual or during. My brother was looking for something to help me with my "Time" and found that Raspberry leaf tea will help with my cramps, my hormones and most of all my MOOD!.. Most everyone knows that a woman's time is nothing to laugh at.. Some of us can go from being the sweetest person, to the complete opposite, oh and lets not forget those horrible cramps. Sometimes I get sick after taking a pill made for these purposes, so I really prefer not to take the pill products on the shelf. When my brother started me on my raspberry tea regimen I must say it changed a lot of things for me, which made myself and my family around me happy campers. I only drink the tea right before and during my time if I forget, we all can really tell :(. My brother has told me about a lot of the benefits of Raspberry tea, but honestly all I care about it that it works for me.I have been purchasing Alvita Raspberry Tea since March 2015. This has been my #1 Raspberry tea, it taste a little bit like medicine, but that doesn't bother me, I like it without cream or sugar.

This is not Alvita Red Raspberry Tea. My first look at the tea bags, I knew they were different than the normal Alvita Red Raspberry Tea, they were tan instead of white and lots of herbs floating around in bag. When seeped, the color was extremely dark and strong tasting like black tea. The expiration date on the boxes are 1-2023 and my other boxes were 1-2021 so I assumed it was a new batch. I purchased a new batch today 9-25-2020 at my normal store, expiration date 1-2023 and this is not the same tea I purchased online. Somethings up with this tea on this site.

This tea is fantastic! I used it when I was pregnant per a recommendation from my midwife to help with labor. I would say it definitely helped and gave me some reprieve from just water all day long. Now I'm nursing and still enjoy this tea to provide excellent nutrients and a break from just plain water. I recommend this tea to all my preggo friends!

Excellent packaging...seemed to have taken slightly longer than I expected, considering I have prime, but was very pleased once received. Boxes in tact...nothing damaged. I'm living my raspberry tea, as usual! Thank you!

My friend told me to start drinking it, it started giving me contractions. My stomach got super hard... I got scared so I stopped drinking it.

I LOVE this tea. It smells good and tastes good. I am from the South, so I do love my teas sweet, therefore with a little Splenda added, I could drink this stuff all day! Perfect before bed time!
