Love it!
I love the Halo Bolt. It’s so easy to use and does the job it claims to do. It’s a good thing to have when camping and make it easy to charge pretty much anything with a cord.

Almost 6 years later & it still works like new!
Idk what's more impressive: How long this thing has lasted me without any degradation in quality, how much power this thing has or how quickly it jump starts a car.I've never seen another car charge a car battery enough to start the engine as quickly as this backup battery does.I got this in 2019 because I traveled a lot for work to charge my laptop. When I was no longer with that company, I didn't have much use for it so it sat on a shelf or in a box in the garage.I needed a jump one day and remembered this had jumper cables & pulled it out and shockingly it still had 2 bars of charge and started my car immediately.Ever since that day (2-3 years ago) I've always kept it in my car, charging it once in a while (but not often).I lent it to a neighbor who was having battery issues and he used it for about a week and returned it with ½ a charge (I know he didn't charge it because I had the charging cable).Recently, BOTH of my cars batteries died and I dug the Halo out again and it turned right on with 3 bars of power, jumped both cars a total of 7 times and it only went down to 2 bars of power. This item is a must have.Charge it up, throw it in your car and forget it.You never know when you need a DC outlet, flashlight, USB charger, or most importantly an instant jump start when nobody's around to lend a hand.I've considered buying another but this thing is so reliable and long lasting that I don't need another portable battery!

GREAT unit
I have had my Halo over 5 years now. I just throw it in the storage area of my Jeep. It holds a charge through extreme Midwest temperature swings. Battery life is more than adequate. Starts every battery I've ever jumped, EVERY time. The only damage is that the jumper cable door thingy fell off. Not a deal breaker. I will be buying one for my kids when they start driving. Would DEFINITELY recommend. 👍

Get what you pay for, $99.00
This worked the berries the 2st 6 months, then it slowly became harder and harder to jump start a vehicle. It's 15 months old, jumped my son's truck 5 times, a neighbor 2 times and my Camry 2 or 3 times. So by the 12 time jump staring a regular 550 CCA to 700 CCA battery, all batteries in good shape, just either my son would have a problem w the ignition and the battery needed a jump, then after driving around for 5 or 10 minutes, the alternator would've had the battery back up to 680 to 690 CCA, max was 700 CCA. The neighbor drives this stupid smart car w a battery that has 350 CCA and weighs about 7 lbs, so that sure as heck didn't pull to hard. My Camry had an older battery, and last winter if it sat for 3 or 4 days without starting it, especially if it dropped into single digits, it would need a jump. Of the two times that happened, first time took 2 tries the second didn't jump the car. That silly little 3 cylinder car with a battery with 300 or 350 CCA, did jump the Camry, cables on, and in the time from putting on the cables to getting in the car, it turned right over. It's a $99 back up battery pack for cellphones, laptops or other stuff camping or on a road trip and the USB ports, 110 V plug work ok for charging or operating a laptop for 15 minutes in a pinch to send a few emails and check your emails. A jump start booster, not so much. It was awesome, for a few months. By the 6th month, it needed to be charged sooner and sooner. It worked harder and harder to jump a car, and now it'll jump a car with a new battery, that the interior lights got left on. A car with a old battery, with only 400 CCA when charged, that should be an average 500 or 550 CCA battery that sat a week in the winter, no way will this thing jump start that cars battery. Maybe that first few months, but absolutely not now. Spend the extra money, for a battery back up and jump start pack like the guy from AAA uses. It'll jump ANYTHING, it's never going to let you down, and for $35 you can buy a battery charger and portable back up power that'll charge a cellphone 8 or 9 times before needed to recharge the battery back up. My ear buds case is 1.5" x 1.5" x .875" and w the buds in the charger, plugged in charged 100% will have 4.5 hours of time on the buds, then can be put in their case and fully charged 7 more times. 30 plus hours of charge time. So the Hallo able to charge cellphones and laptops 5 or 10 times, with a light used in a tent at night, or for an emergency needing to use your laptop for an hour maybe, has a 110V plug that'll power a laptop long enough to put together a presentation or read and reply to dozens of sales orders via email. But the main pitch, a2" x 6" x 8" give or take, tiny but powerful amazing automobile jump starting battery pack, nope, I call bullshit. I'll see what they do being a a few months over a year old. At the very least, if they make good somehow, even a credit for $99 towards something they manufacture that's got a bit more balls, would at least show they stand by their products, not weasel out of replacing or giving a credit, will mean quite a lot.
