I kick myself every time I see this monstrosity in my kitchen. I was inspired to purchase after watching videos on TikTok as to how it would make my cake frosting days fantastic and fast but unfortunately, it doesn’t work as well as advertised. The board is too high and not adjustable, the directions are useless with minimal words, and the cake will not stay on the base. I tried to return but the fee is $200. Needless to say, I’m stuck with it and not happy

There was damages to the packaging and the item upon arrival. The machine many damages where found when taken out of the package. The machine itself is slow probably from the damages. I should rate this a zero.

If I could give this zero stars I would. It is not worth the money. I am returning it as soon as I figure out who is paying for the return shipping. The cake either gets pushed away from the side scraper or worse gets sucked into it. This machine is garbage.

After receiving the product, the overall texture is very reassuring. The turntable and blade are of good quality. I haven't seen any scratches in a month of use. It is much better than the previous one I bought. The most surprising thing is its efficiency. The power is really super strong! It used to take a long time to manually smooth the bottom of a 6-inch cake. Now it can be smoothed like in a dessert shop in a few minutes at high speed. Making birthday cakes is so easy. From my experience, this price can buy professional-level performance, and the cost performance is very high. Highly recommended for baking enthusiasts!
