Best picture and audio. FireTV operating system needs getting used to
My disability leads me to watch a lot of TV. Now, this makes it much better and more pleasant. With this Panasonic 77Z95B, I changed from a 65" LG 2020 C series which was my first OLED tv and I loved that device. This Panasonic 77" Z95B is a definite move up not just in the size of screen but also the visual. Panasonic provides multiple 'out of the box' picture settings. The main reason many will want this is the most obvious with the built in Technic's audio system. If anyone already has a soundbar or some other audio system they may not the overly interested in this item. The audio is way beyond anything in any other flagship UHDTV brands so if you have no audio system and don't want to buy one, this TV is the obvious choice. One reason that I went with this UHDTV is not just the 4 stack RGB panels, the same as on the LG G5 model, but also with the professional grade Panasonic Processing. In addition to those panels that need to cooled, it is cooled by the very important system called 'ThermaFlow'. That is the Panasonic term for the cooling system for the panels that will keep it bright and last much longer. Many people will get frustrated or really dislike the Amazon 'Fire TV' operating system.Let me tell you, no company has the perfect OS. Changing brands just leads to a new learning curve on what works best in the OS that the TV has. The 'FireTV' system just takes time to get used to and learn what works best for each owners needs and desires. This TV was just mounted on 8/6/2025 and I am extremely pleased with what I see and hear.. The 'out of the box' picture presets are great, easy to use, and quite possibly, I may not need to get it professionally calibrated. If I do decide to have it calibrated, it already has presets for the CALMAN calibrator access to the needed settings.I am very happy with this expensive, but worthwhile purchase.

Best TV, period. Hate the FireTV part, though.
Love this TV, mostly. Excellent picture right out of the box. Every review I read was right. Panasonic is top of the heap. The Fire TV crapware is what I hate. Not a fan. Plays all the 4K HD formats that are current. Except Dolbyvision 2 has just been announced. 🙄 Sounds great, but I’ve switched over to my stereo, anyway. I didn’t buy it for the excellent built-in sound. The remote sucks. It’s a 6.2” Fire Tv remote. I hate the Amazon remote and the overlay, but the rest is banging. I was hoping to get the Panasonic remote pictured in the manual for the TV, but the manual is wrong. Has ATSC 3.0, so it’s NextGen TV ready. (I do use an antenna.). For picture- it’s 5 stars. That was my primary focus in purchasing. A TV that could play all the 4k formats natively. The built in Filmmaker Mode. All good stuff. I haven’t changed a setting yet. And from what I read, it can get even brighter with a professional calibration. I don’t see the need yet though, as I’m not doing color correction or anything on the screen yet. Maybe if I get back into the video field I pay the extra money for it. I think it looks fantastic right out of the box. I highly recommend, but am completely bewildered why Panasonic would allow this product to be Amazon-ified with the FireTV overlay on its menu screen. That part really annoys the hell out of me.

Amazing TV
This tv is amazing. Read many reviews before purchasing. Usually buy Samsung but decided to go with the Panasonic for the sound and the great picture that other reviewers mentioned. Glad I did. Remote is like my fire stick remote so can easily work it without looking.

Factory Reset to improve Fire OS lag.
I don't usually review things unless I have something unique to add. (skip to the bottom for TLDR)So if you own this TV, you almost surely already know its out of the box experience in Filmmaker Mode (for dark rooms), Professional 1 (for 2.2 gamma SDR) and Professional 2 (for 2.4 gamma SDR) are so well calibrated that professional calibrators like D-Nice and Vincent Teoh have just been praising this TV all up and down and calling it the best Organic LED TV of 2025.You're likely getting this set because it's the "Creators Intent" TV of 2025. Panasonic is apparently famous for this out of the box calibration experience. Even with True Game mode on Clipping giving you HGiG HDR for gaming. The sound quality is great enough that you'd skip a soundbar if you want a sound upgrade. Surprisingly effective Atmos height speakers, good bass with Bass Boost, etc. You'd jump straight into a true 5.1 or 7.1 surround systems if you want better sound; but most people who don't desire true Surround Sound just want a great All in One set, and this TV delivers just that. What you've also probably factored into your buying decision is that the Fire OS *lags* in features like the otherwise convenient and feature rich Game Control Board. You feel the sluggishness, not just in bringing it up with a few seconds waiting after pressing the customizable button on the remote, but in navigating the Game Control Board as well. Moving left/right, toggling its options, even the animations. So here's my unique addition; why I'm writing this review. I don't see anyone saying this in any of the forums, reviews, etc.Doing a Factory Reset out the box will dramatically reduce the FireOS lag. My Game Control Board is snappy, it takes 2.5 seconds to come up, down from like 5-7 seconds. The animations don't lag, navigation responsiveness is now instant, toggling things like 60hz refresh mode is now only 1.5 seconds.Absolutely worth it even if you've already done a ton of work to set up your set.

Panasonic Z95B 77”
So far everything has been great. Picture quality is excellent. Great for streaming 4k DV movies or shows. Colors are also incredible on this OLED. Very happy with purchase.
