This is a great product. I do not take it daily, it is very effective e.nhancement. My nails no longer break and tear. Love this result. I had been holding a horseca halter under his jaw and he snapped his head briefly and broke my finger at the joint. It healed but l have had ongoing joint pain ever since. Well l noticed that the boron has removed the joint pain! Yippee? Also other minor achey join pain. Remember l do not even take it every day. I recommend this fore people with similar issues. Find how much works for you, you will be a happier person.

I am extremely satisfied with this product. Though if youre a man be careful taking too much at once. It sure as hell boosts free testosterone. First time i took 9mg's i was super aggressive. Now i just take 6 mg's at once and im good. Also make sure you eat with it. I dont think you would like the feeling of it on a empty stomach. I will definitely be buyi g more of this because it has made my hand feel so much better and gave me my quality of life back. (Former hairline fracture on my wrist) i can actually live my life without so much pain. The only time i feel pain now is when i do pullups and thats understandable. Ty for such a great product.

Boron deficiency is closely associated with arthritis, osteoporosis, and degenerative joint problems. Life Extension contains 25mg of added Vitamin B2 for those that may not get enough through diet. I do wish some of the extra fillers and mag stearate would not be in it but without fillers are available if price is not an issue. This one performs well and is an excellent value. Swanson is a trusted brand, however they source from everywhere so each product may perform differently. I found a few that dont work, while some others like this and l-arginine worked very well from them.

Been taking this for years, along with diet and light exercise. I stopped taking it because I didn't know if it was helping and then I had a bone density test, I was osteoporosis so I started taking it again along with eating prunes daily. Two years later I'm now osteopenia, so lets see what happens in the next 2 years. Not sure if this is the cause for the improvement, but I think it's good in combination with diet and exercise.

I take a lot of supplements. This product comprises part of my morning concoction of about 10 supplements. It, along with several other components of my mix. I've had issues with PSA levels and am making some changes in order to address that. As the title suggests, I'm looking for boron, not other ingredients.
