Finding it very difficult to open the screw to add fuel. Tiny screw came out but can't get the big screw out. Afraid of scratching. Any tips?

All you do is use your fingernail to flip the bottom screw up and then turn it. There is no reason to use any devise at all. It's a little tricky until you do it once.
