I loved the freeze dried ice cream. The coffee flavor was really authentic & the crunch was great. I really enjoyed it but I wish there was more in the bag. It was gone too fast. I would recommend this item.

Arctic Freeze Dried Strawberry Ice Cream is my new obsession. It reminds me of being in elementary school, trying astronaut ice cream. The ice cream comes in a resealable bag and never broken or shattered. One of my biggest concerns with getting this delivered was that the ice cream would arrive as dust 😂 and that hasn’t happened yet. My niece is a very picky eater and now she’s training for wrestling season and on a strict diet. She tried the ice cream and now that’s her treat after working out and on her cheat days. When you bite into the ice cream you can feel that little crunch. The way it melts is my favorite part of the ice cream and it tags tea exactly like strawberry ice cream! My only gripe is the amount you get for the price, which is why I gave it 4 out of 5 stars. And if I’m not mistaken this brand is the cheapest one I’ve found on Amazon. I’m a repeat customer and as long as Arctic keeps making the freeze dried strawberry ice cream I’ll keep buying!

Great! I gave out small samples as a part of a third grade classroom space study! The kids loved it.

These smelled weird out of the bag, but the taste is pretty nice. The texture is different due to the eleemnt of freeze drying. The last time we tried freeze-dried ice cream, it tasted more chalky (this one included egg, the others didn't). In fact, this was rather nice! Instead of chewing it, we let it melt in our mouth. As it melted gradually, a deep, creamy chocolate taste emerged. It left the mouth feeling nearly like butter.
