You get what you pay for and that is not a bad thing - comes in two boxes and takes longer to take out of packaging then put together - massage feature is a vibration, but if you're looking for deep tissue for this price point it ain't gonna happen. Super comfy, great recline and swivel. For the compact size and price, you cannot beat it.

Perfection. Convenient cup holders, remote is attached, buttons are clear and light up. Chair is very comfy, enough cushion to endure the entire massage.Let's of bang for the money. Highly recommend.

This is a decent chair at a very good price. The construction is pretty sturdy and the faux leather material feels thick and durable. Padding is pretty good on the arms and seat but could use some more support in the lumbar area. Also could use more padding on the footrest but it's still pretty comfortable while reclining. One thing I don't like is when fully reclined there is a large gap between the back and the seat. The side and front pockets are convenient for storing the controller and TV remote and the cupholders are a nice bonus. I opted for the USB upgrade and I like that I can charge my phone or other small devices without having to plug into a wall outlet. Massage function and heat are okay but nothing special. I received the item almost a full week ahead of the estimated delivery date so that was a nice surprise. Overall a good value and a nice upgrade from my previous recliner.

The chair was easy to assemble. It is compact, the massager does it's job. We are very satisfied with our choice!

I have back problems and this chair didn’t help. The more you recline the less lower back support you have. Material is cheap I don’t even know if it’s leather. My wife said it dosent massage her body it just vibrates, very odd. I guess for the price it makes sense. I wish I would have spent another 3 or 4 hundred on a better recliner. I literally had to spend more money on a back cushion and a head pillow for this thing. Once you buy it the company will charge almost half of what the chair price is to ship it back. If that dosent scream scammers I don’t know what does. The only positives of the chair would be the cupholders and that it’s compact. Height and length are minimal but it’s still wide enough. The color is nice and true to pictures.

Easy to put together, love it

Received in a timely manner. Haven’t had very long but so far so good! Only took about 10 minutes to put together. Seems good quality especially for the price. Would definitely recommend!
