Do you do these with numbers 1 - 9 for a black gas cooker?

I purchased them I DO NOT supply them.

What size are the square icons in mm?

Not sure they we’re bought for a cooker in a flat I own but do not live in therefore cannot measure them , however I put them on the cooker and they were the same size as ones originally on, if that helps.

I have a Stoves cooker, will they be compatable? and be correct temps?

I'm not sure, the stickers are loosely based on a Bosch oven but obviously the ring with just the dots allows you to mark the temperatures how you wish. I would look in the owners instructions of the Stoves appliance to see if they have a drawing showing the positions of the numbers around the dial. If you don't have it, there is a good chance you can get a PDF version. Failing that, you could find a shop selling that oven and take a reference photo.
