I have only one bad thing to say about this knee sleeve, it didn't look anything like the picture. I ordered the dark red one on the site and got some faded watered down red color.Other than that, it was great. The quality was immediately apparent. Its thick and well made. When I initially slipped it on, I thought that maybe i got one size too small, but after pulling it over my knee it felt great. I bent my knee with no issue, it wasn't hindering in any way and there was plenty of give, but still stayed right in place.The first time I used it, was on a 5 mile hike with lots of stairs and hills. Going up and down stairs is where I feel the most discomfort in my knee. For this hike, I didn't realize it was even there, it was surprisingly comfortable due to the compression.It never slipped down like others I've had, it didn't stretch out nor did it need readjustment during the entire hike. At one point during a quick break, I thought I would fold the bottom of the sleeve up so that it lands right below my knee cap like a knee single strap. Doing so provided more support and compression to the knee, reducing pressure on my patella.I've used it while doing the stationary bike and light squats. Through all that the sleeve doesn't stretch out or begin to slip.I got the 2 pack and it comes with a small bag you can use to carry any items you may take to gym, like a weight belt, gloves, grip handles, etc. I'm guilty of buying support items that are cheap in price and have decent reviews, but ends up being money wasted. Any previous sleeves I've purchased end up stretching and needing adjustment especially once I start to sweat. They especially slip down while using the stationary bike. I think the price point may feel a bit high, but you get what you pay for and this sleeve is well worth it.

These fit and provide great support. I don't find them comfortable enough to wear for long periods.The neoprene is thick and not very breathable. I have thrown them in the washing machine with no problems.I don't lift heavy, but these are fine for me with light weights and endurance training.Comes in a zip lock bag.

I wanted this item for general support due to my left knee being weak. The compression is strong and it does provide knee support. Material is really thick and durable. It should lasts a great while. My only issue is it is not the most comfortable. Maybe it’s because I have bigger thighs than average or it’s a sizing issue on my part. Item is good quality.
