The product is fine. Perfect for wife and kids. I am 6' & 205lbs. and just don't fit exactly. Had some issues along the way. I gave stars because if you have a challenge & you reach out to customer service you are going to be helped. Above & beyond care to my purchase. They didn't just offer a full refund, which was resolved and unused, as I reached out they addressed my concerns and completely resolved the issues. They made it right after inspection of video & photos for them to see what is going on with the massage chair. For 700.00 the chair is what it is, wife & kids love it, and it is worth it. The over the top is the customer service care you will get from this company. That is what makes me tell my coworkers at the hospital that I work at. It is no replacement for an actual massage therapist or an expensive chair even. You shouldn't expect this unit to accomplish that. It works great if you fit in it and at this price it's 👍. Lastly, it is the fact this company wants to do good business and take care of your needs and concerns. You cannot give wrong with quality assurance like they will provide.

This is exactly what I was looking for. Make sure to read other reviews and the listing description as it is for people who aren’t over 6’ tall and can be a tight fit for larger individuals. The speakers, heat and massage functions work great. It looks stylish in my room and is half the price of other models with the same functions. Overall I can’t wait to use it more and it really helps with my low back pain caused by sitting in the office all day and sore muscles after workouts. It is a very relaxing chair. As stated in the description it does ship in two boxes and it may be tricky to assemble but it is not really that hard. The dimensions listed are accurate.

I'm giving this a four stars everything is good with the chair besides these two issues. The chair isn't made for bigger/taller people, definitely bigger and I don't mean weight for example my calf muscles are big and won't fit. Also the touch pad could definitely use some 2025 technology...

My buddy has a massage chair he bought for $1,800 and he used this and first thing he said was “I over paid for mine”I love it! Was easy to setup and is easy to move as well!For the price I just don’t think you can beat it! 10/10

I love my chair, my height has shrunk to 5’8” and I’m almost too tall for this chair. So if you’re my height or less buy it. However if you’re taller than me you probably should look for a different chair.

This chair was unfortunately not designed for somebody of the height of 6 ft. It is better geared for a shorter smaller person. The retailer was very cordial and worked with us for a return which was great they are very communitive and I would purchase items from them again if necessary.

Poor quality. The back of massage chair stopped working after less than a month. Return was accepted by amazon and the seller, but I had to box it up and cover the shipping return costs myself for a refund. Would have been over $100. I ended up pulling the wiring apart as a cheaper alternative and found wire pins had all pulled out of the plug inside the chair. It works again now, but what a hassle.
