High Praise for No Surgar Needed Pectin
This is the perfect solution to a jelly that will not firm-up. It does not happen often, but once in a while the conventional test(s) for jelling indicate that the batch will firm-up. It is very disappointing when you find that the large batch did not perform like the test batch did. I especially like the fact that the jelly did not become "over sweet". I strongly recommend it for any one who has this unfortunate occurrence. Now I'm going to try making a batch of "No-Sugar" for a diabetic friend of mine.

2-6-2014 Worked as advertised but was a bit costly with shipping. The jelly came out rather stiff. Will try to make my own this summer using crab apples.
