Suggested Use: Cooking For five-3" patties: Combine 1 1/4 cups water and Fantastic World Foods Nature's Burger Mix in a 2 quart pot and heat on medium-high. Stir constantly until mixture thickens and just beings to boil. Remove from heat. Let mixture strand until cooled, 10-15 minutes. Mixture will become stiff. Form into thin patties (1/2"thick and 3" in diameter). Pan fry on medium-low heat in a nonstick pan (butter or vegetable oil optional). Turn frequently until browned on both sides. If desired, melt a slice of cheese on top. Serve on a bun with your favorite condiments and garnishes such as lettuce, tomato, red onion, relish, ketchup, or mustard.
