This clock measures steps based on gravity sensor and counts steps when the wrist motion pattern matches the walking. If you walk with the umbrella or push the baby car to walk without the movement of your wrist will not count your steps. Conversely, if your wrist moves conform to the walking pattern, such as toothpaste or dryer, it will count your steps even if you shake your wrist correctly.

What should I do if the touch button does not respond?

The watch operates with a circular touch button, but it won't respond to touch other places.Note: Please make sure the watch is charging. Make sure your fingertips are clean and free of moisture.

How to remove the belt

How to replace: Take the back of the watch face upward, hold the end of the non-clasp with your right hand and gently twist the joint down to remove the strap.Note: Smart watch band is only for you, not common with other models.
