I’ve had 5 back surgeries with my most recent one being only a couple of months ago. I have severe nerve pain most days and have a rough time just getting out of bed. This mat is like magic! It is SO helpful with these pains and I feel so much better after using it! If I could wrap my whole body in it and use it all day, I would!! I honestly thought this was just a gimmick, but I swear by it and use it every day. I do wish the instructions were better because I don’t really understand how to use the modes, but just hitting the power button 3 times makes it nice and toasty. It’s miles better than any heating pad! 100% recommended!!!

I have purchased this item more times than than I can even count now because it is so amazing. The latest person I purchased for has a torn meniscus and a lot of pain. Since I sent it to her she’s been using it everyday and it has relieved so much pain. She’s now able to walk

Purchased 2 of the Red Light Therapy Mats. One for my wife and one for me. When working, they work great. I had to return mine for a replacement because it just stopped working. Don't know why. Thus, the rating of 4 stars. Would have given 5 starts if I didn't have to return the red light mat.

I bought this for myself because I have bad knees and I've been hiking a lot and have been sore. After just a few uses, this thing makes my body feel like I'm 18 again. I even started using it from my little dog who has problems with her shoulder. Sometimes we share it since it's big enough. When she's sleeping I put it over her and I put the other part over me. I'm not one to believe in gimmicks or anything like that but this thing really works. I use it mostly on high and on red light mode. I have no meniscus in either knee and get pain and inflammation in my knees and ankles on occasion. Since I started using this I have no knee issues or anything else. It's obviously not a magic fix if you have physical issues but I can honestly say this thing is a game changer as far as pain and muscle recovery.

I have several RLT items and this is one of my favorites because of the size. It will cover my lower back to top of my neck easily. It can be a little cumbersome but they all are—unless you have an extra room to keep it set up. With daily use, thus far, I do think it has helped with my pain. Instructions aren’t”okay” I have to remember what colors mean what so the controls are not intuitive. Would have preferred more of a remote type device for controls rather than just a couple buttons.

Very well made. Comes with informative and useful instructions. Easy to use. I feel pain relief in my knee after using it. The size is good for me as a 5' 4" person.

*Update #2, I received a (new) pad today. However, it is not new. It is clearly used. Likely a return from someone else. The box is tore up and the pad inside has animal hair and skin flakes on it. So utterly gross! At this point I just want a refund and I will gladly return both of these. The one with sweat inside and the one I just got today that is soiled with hair and skin flakes. *Update: The Seller reached out to me from my review and really wanted to make this right. They are sending me a new one. I have changed my review to 3 stars for their outstanding service. I will update again after using the pad for a few weeks to see if moisture builds in the new one.* Original review--->Moisture (sweat?) has accumulated inside! I have not misused this pad. Literally all I've done is lay there with the pad on my abdomen and it appears that sweat has somehow penetrated to the inside of the pad and is now producing a musty moldy smell. This was not a cheap purchase so I'm pretty upset that after 3 months of light use, it is in this condition. And of course the return window has lapsed. I am going to attempt to contact the company to find out if this can be remedied. If so I will update this review.
