Why advertising the product as vinyl if it's not vinyl? Very deceptive isn't it?

It is printable vinyl... extremely similar to the printable vinyl sold by Silhouette and Cricut.

Is this Laser safe? I just received my package but it says for inkjet, not laser as the product description states.

Just used these with a color HP LaserJet 100 without issue - the paper did curl a little at the edges, but went back to normal after laying flat. The packaging sure made me nervous because it implies that maybe only 5 of the sheets are laser safe. "20 sheets + 5 bonus sheets for inkjet and laser" after the top says "Compatible with most inkjet printers" - y'all should really fix that wording.

What would be the best cut settings for die cut stickers on the silhouette cameo 3?

How would i instal a decal made from this material to a car? Wet install? Or what

Hi Jamie, We wouldn't recommend using our Vinyl Sheets on your car since our Vinyl is not UV resistant. If your decals are not protected from direct sunlight and extreme weather, you could have problems with the colors fading out.
