These always exceed my expectations! They keep me feeling energized even during my “days of the month” ( I have a fibroid and my periods are heavy) these are a must have , work very fast, my dr is impressed at how I’ve been able to maintain good iron levels as they were severely low before starting these supplements. I recommend these to all the women in my family

These seemed to work well, but after a couple weeks of taking them, I broke out into a full body rash. It took me days to figure out what it was and it ended up being this supplement. I am not prone to any sort of systemic allergic reactions so this was surprising and disappointing.
