(English)I had high hopes for the Hometronics Multi-Steamer Pot, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations. The stainless steel material feels flimsy and not as durable as I anticipated. After just a few uses, I noticed some discoloration and signs of wear. The quality of the steaming plates was also disappointing, as they seemed to bend easily under pressure.Another issue is the design; the plates don’t fit as securely as they should, which causes some steam to escape.- The pot is very small in size compared to the image on amazon. So if you are looking for larger one, please don't but this.- When we cooked it in the stove, the gas flames which goes through the side of the pot is reaching the handle and heating up the plastic handle result in a bad fume. Its a design issue of the product. I will never recommend this product.Overall, this steamer falls short of what I’d expect for the price. If you’re looking for a reliable multi-steamer, I’d suggest exploring other options.If you are looking for buying a steamer, kindly goto nearest Indian store and buy the largest one from there. The price of the product and the quality will be far better than this.Lastly, regarding shipping its the most scam. They are shipping via Indian post and it take close to a week+ to reach japan from India.
