i've only used this once so no clue if it will help me ..but i'm confused. apparently you use every 2 weeks (i thot it was weekly but if you do that it will last 3 weeks not 6) so you get enough serum for 3 treatments. & only one needle head with instructions to only reuse it ONCE. so ...that math is not working ...gonna have to use it a third time in order to do 3 treatments. i've looked at other brands & it's the same...some 3 treatments & 2 needle heads with STRICT instructions they are to be used ONLY once & discarded so wth? how are these people all crazy because i think i can do math on this level. i first thot it was a ploy to force you to buy more of their needle heads but no--not seeing those for sale. just one company i have found has them for approx $10-15 each (really?) & how do i know they'll for sure fit the system applicator i've got ? the only way to get more needles is to buy the whole system again it seems & then it's the never ending thing of ---never gonna have enough needles to do all the treatments unless you are reusing needles once or even twice ?? i can't be the only one seeing this conundrum

The plunger barely works, so basically I just stabbed my face and then rubbed the product in after. Not with the money, so going back to Botox.

I had to press the needles very hard into my face to get any serum to come out. I kept checking to make sure it was coming out, and it took me an hour. When I finished, I still had over half the bottle left so not enough came out. I’m disappointed because I do see a slight difference in my face, but I’m not going to damage my skill with the needles if the dispenser doesn’t work properly. The redness people report is because you are definitely pushing multiple needles into your face. You feel some pain, but the big issue for me is that I am careful not to use abrasive cleaners on my face. This is certainly abrasive.

I wanted to try micro infusion to help soften lines so I decided to give this one a try. After one use I did feel that my skin looked plumper and a lot more 'glowing', which I loved. I gave this 4 stars because I feel like the system should come with 3 more of the needle units to avoid using the same needle twice. The instructions were good although it did not clarify to use (and sterilize) the needle units two times.
