If you're conscious about what goes into your mouth, then you've come to the right product... This is fluoride free which is very important to me. The taste or flavor is so fresh, it works so well and leaves you with a fresh scent in your mouth and clean teeth! The texture is great, I don't really get to 'feel' it, you brush it around, it's not like a drink or food...It works well when you brush, spreads easily and cleans well. Not sure what else I can write about a great toothpaste:)Oh, one more thing, if you buy this on Amazon, the value two pack will give you two for the price of 1 at your local pharmacy...

This toothpaste is such a God send. Developed an allergy to fluoride recently and was nervous about alternative options but this toothpaste is perfect. It tastes great and my mouth has never felt cleaner. Total convert!

My wife and I really like this toothpaste. We use to use Sensodyne toothpaste for more than a decade. This Tom's is healthier and does a better job at teeth cleaning.

This is a great natural tooth paste. I have sensitive teeth and used to use sensodyne however wanted something that doesn't have many chemicals and was more natural. I was nervous my teeth would hurt if I changed products however Tom's is perfect, I have used it for the past 3 months and my teeth don't hurt, seem whiter and leaves my mouth super clean and fresh after brushing.
