I chose these because of the ingredients they have . They are sugar-free, 0 cal and have ten vitamins, and nutrients! So I do a lot of gardening and I’m in constantly in the heat, between the greenhouse and the gardens. Yesterday I used these to stay hydrated in the heat and they worked excellent. I felt great after drinking. I had more energy. All you do is add these to a 16 ounce bottle of water and they are ready to go. I was surprised on the taste. It’s a subtle refreshing taste. My favorite flavor seems to be the raspberry so far, but the other ones seems just as good. Perfect size to put in your purse to go anywhere and definitely nice for kids to pack into their bags for hot day!

This Vital Harvest pack is a great value and all the flavors tastes so great. I was so excited after I tried the first one, watermelon, that I could barely wait to try the rest.
