how much weight can it hold?

There is a weight listed in the box. I got this for my youngest grandson who was 1 when I got it for him. His big brothers were on it just the other day and they iare 5 and 7. I would not overdo that, but it worked. By the way, they all love it. I like the way it fits together too. Hope that helps some.

Can I purchase an extra car?

I've emailed and called Radio Flyer about a replacement car for this ramp and they don't currently have all the parts to make a whole car. They said to look for one secondhand. The closest thing I found secondhand is the Radio Flyer Retro Rocket with Lights & Sounds. I took a gamble on it and it fits the ramp! It's super cute too with the buttons, storage seat, and other fun features. The rocket ship is still sold at stores like Walmart & Amazon so that's another option and is cheaper than purchasing all the parts & paying shipping from Radio Flyer.
