Definately some incredible sounding earbuds
so heres my full review on these earbuds im going to go over everything i like and dont likestarting off with everything i like:the sound quality is incredible its so well balanced so open so clear and great bass, the fit and comfort are also great but i did half to buy some better eartips for my ears, the touch controls are the best ive used on any pair of earbuds and i love how they change when you put one earbud in, i also like when you put both earbuds in they default to ANC and when you have one in they default to transparency, and the battery life is really good as well, and last the build quality is the best.now for everything i dont like and what needs improvements:The first thing that needs to be improved now this goes for any Bang and Olufsen products and thats the app now the app is simple to use and easy to navigate but the problem is it lags a lot now the app has gotten better over the years but still very buggy still usable but needs to be polished more, the next thing that needs to be improved is the ANC the ANC on these earbuds isnt the greastist and is on the weaker side its still good and gets the job done but its needs some major improvents, last is the connectivity these are still using bluetooth 5.2 which is still good and i havent had any connection issues but i wanna see bluetooth 5.4 or atleast 5.3.so overall these are some incredible sounding earbuds but they do have some flaws to them and a heafty price tag so i recomend getting these on sale like i did but even if you do spend the full price on these i still think there worth it they really do sound that good even with some of there flaws i think the sound still justifys there price

the best earphones out there
i have a problem - i love earphones, headphones, and anything audio. i work in music (about 50% of my work is with artists and labels), and need to have reliable and good sounding audio equipment. i also workout often, 5-6 days a week, and listen to music regularly while at the gym or running.there earphones are top notch. it has great sound quality and sturdy build quality. really good water resistance. the fit is exceptional with the different tip sizes. the touch-sensitivity is not too bad. i needed to get used to the pressure of tapping for controls, but that's expected and ended up being quite a short learning curve.the sound is what drew me in. it is very very good. the EQ is solid, but nothing to write home about per se. i am a fan of B&O (I have the H95) and they are consistent with build and sound - nothing compares - i have the MW09, Senheisser Momentum True Wireless, and Bose something or another. I also have a pair of soundcore, but those are night and day in sound and quality.

Roadblocks and Quality Concerns
My Headphones unfortunately came defective. Amazon pretty much offered me a 30 day return or to deal with B&O directly. Thankfully Bang and Olufsens customer service is top notch. I will come back with a proper review but very disappointing that I had to jump thru hoops to get a product. Also I was bummed that the quality didn't match the E8s. My friends straight up compared the case to plastic and we're convinced it was. The best thing I can say is the buds audio as always were phenomenal!

A Little Disappointed
OK, actually a LOT disappointed. On the positive side, the sound quality is GREAT - lots of dynamic range - and both the buds and the case look great. However, the fit is a bit clunky feeling in my ears and the ANC is VERY poor compared to my previous headphones/earbuds, both of which are mid-range Sony's. Never could tell what the Wind Guard is supposed to do - no difference on or off while zipping along on the mower on a breezy day.Batteries: About 9 hours is the practical limit for the buds and case in a noisy environment: Three hours per charge on the earbuds (down to about 25%) and 3 charges from the case (also down to ~25%). I suppose it might get better as the batteries come up to full song after a few cycles or if one was willing to run them down further that to 25%.I'm not an Apple user, so I can't speak to the performance and functionality of that app, but the Android app is borderline useless. There are firmware updates out there, but I was never able to get the update routine to work for long enough to download and install them. Disappointing, because I suspect some of the bugginess is corrected by these updates. The app uses some sort of context-relevant presets to set the equalizer, but it is possible to build a custom profile.Ridiculously, the app also requires location to be on to connect via the app - obviously B&O is using NFC in addition to BT for something. Finally I found the "offline connection" option as was able to connect to my Pixel 9 that way. Once connected, the Bluetooth link is mostly stable, although the range definitely drops off as the batteries run down. All the functions I need are there in the touch menu, so blissfully, I don't need to use the app. But I did put a screen grab of the quick guide on my lock screen so I could figure out how to do what. Some functions are ambidextrous and some are not. A bit confusing. All control functions are performed by way of touch taps - no mechanical buttons for some haptic feedback like the Sony's. Unfortunately this makes them sensitive to pressure and timing, rendering them IMPOSSIBLE to use precisely while on the mower or even walking at a brisk pace. I'm sure I'll eventually get used to it, but I definitely prefer the tactile feedback of mechanical buttons.Overall if it weren't for the excellent audio quality and respectable battery life, I'd be down in the 1-2 star range for these earbuds. This is my first foray into higher end personal audio and it's only reinforced my previous "default" to go for the value in the mid range.
