I have bought 8 or more e-bikes over the last few years and this one is way better than any. I live in a very hilly area and this bike climbs right up the hills, no problem. II's unlocked goes 28 mph and is very responsive and powerful, I'm impressed!

Update 8/8/25: I have changed from 2 stars to 4. The seller finally sent a replacement display and mount which is intact and works. The wires on the display are no longer exposed. The pedals were out of stock but the seller offered a refund to help cover the cost of the new pedals I had to purchase. I’m grateful they made good on their product and came through.So far the bike is great. I would have given more stars but the seller has not been helpful or responsive to two parts that were damaged during shipping. I requested replacement parts for both pedals and the display and they told me to watch the installation video and have a happy life. I am still trying to get in touch with the seller but so far I’m not getting a response. Hopefully nothing major goes wrong with the bike because I don’t have confidence they will provide assistance or uphold the warranty and extra protection plan I purchased.

Bike arrived very quickly so I did appreciate that, but other than that its been a nightmare.Box arrived damaged, so that might've been the cause of the following issues, but not entirely sure.The front disc is warped so it makes a strange sound when i ride, the front forks were extremely stiff, but fixed it by adding pressure and grease.Bike also wont accelerate pass 22mph, even after I changed it to class 3 in the app.Fedex will not pick up and don't have a car so the process of trying to figure out how to return it, has been a little challenging so far.
