This thing is AMAZING!
This is amazing. It shoots a planetarium level starscape onto your ceiling. It is VERY helpful that you can adjust the size and focus to your room size. It’s more expensive than similar sounding projectors, but it also shows 3.2 MILLION star vs 60 thousand on the better alternatives. The room has to be dark. It still looks good if there are minor light sources, but the darker the better. I did a bunch of research and saw a bunch of people complain that it doesn’t look as good with the lights on. I don’t know why that is surprising, but now you can go into this knowing that it needs to be dark for you to see the stars. It also uses a disk system where the light shines through a disk with the image of the sky engraved in it to produce the starry sky. I and others have wondered why you would use a seemingly archaic disk system instead of just projecting a digital image that you can change in real time. It seems like this is still the best solution for the most crisp starry sky projection with minimal sound, energy requirements, or heat output. I have a few good projectors and none of them could pull off what this thing does, though they are much better at other things. My kids (and I) are mesmerized by this thing and they want to sleep under it every night. The “moon disk” is really cool and detailed, and the twinkling star disk (you have to buy separately) is mesmerizing. This is probably the longest review I’ve written on Amazon, and it’s because I’m genuinely so pumped about this little star projector.

Super cool!
A nice "entry level" astronomical projector. The images are super crisp and clear. I use the northern hemisphere disc the most. I put it on the slowest setting and climb into bed. Puts me out every time! Hypnotic. The walls seem to disappear. If I wake up after the timer shuts it off, the room looks so plain! If you're checking this product out, just step up and get one. Very unique. Super cool.

Nice to look at but not that clear
Fun to watch at night like stargazing. Definitely not as clear as I would like it, but fun and relaxing.

Accurate projection of the stars
My kids and grand kids were entranced! If you want accuracy, and not pseudo-star projections designed to put you to sleep with music, this is an excellent choice.

Description is false
Description is false. Says that it “comes with three Chrome discs that will never fade, Northern Disc, Constelllation disc, and Moon Discs”. Sadly does not, just empty spots in the box where they are supposed to be.

Better than advertised
What an excellent projector. The clarity is amazing. It transforms your ceiling into a window of the universe. I love it, son loves it, and the wifes tired of hearing us talk about it, lols.

Game Changer
This little projector is a total game changer. It’s the first home planetarium I’ve seen with a zoom lens, which means you can adjust the image size to perfectly fit your room. That feature alone makes it stand out, but the image quality and build are on another level compared to other compact projectors I’ve tried. The stars look incredibly crisp and realistic—it really feels like you’re looking at the night sky, not just a basic projection. If you’re into stargazing or just want something relaxing and unique for your space, I’d highly recommend this one. It’s easily the most impressive home planetarium I’ve come across!

Best star projector on the market.
Hands down - best star projector on the market. I bought every brand and performed side-by-side testing. This projector blows the competition out of the water. There’s no comparison for <$200. I returned the rest and kept this gladly. Truly amazing quality. Looking forward to added more discs to my collection.

Was really surprised to find that this was not a popular star projector. This one really shows its value in its chrome discs that have unparalleled level of detail. Personally, I like that its only in black and white since it feels more realistic. I also like the design of the projector with the purple LEDs. Bit on the pricey side but at the end of the day, you’re paying for quality and this will last wayyy longer considering chrome discs don’t fade like film discs which are used on every other projector. My only wish would be for the projector to be able to adjust brightness. Overall, really good, high-quality star projector!
